By taking my commissions, you agree to my Terms of Policy on the following:GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline the commission I do not feel comfortable doing or when it conflicts my schedule at any given time.
• Reference materials and descriptions must be provided upfront.
• General commissions are eligible for discounted prices at specified events (e.g. birthday, holiday discount), taking special offers are only applicable during the given day.PAYMENTS
• Half-Payment Method - First half after sketch (revision must be done before rendering), send full payment when it's complete.
• Upfront Payment Method - Full payment for instant orders and short TAT commission types.

• No revision charges during sketching work in progress.
• $1 per revision.DEADLINES
• General Turn-Around Time is estimated approximately 7-14 days. TAT may advance or delay depending on the difficulty of the commission, workload, or/and my personal schedule. Detailed or complex commissions may take up a month.RIGHTS & USAGE
• Client Rights: Client receives exclusive, non-transferable personal-use rights (e.g., social media display, prints). Artist credit is required. No edits without permission.
• Commercial Rights: Not included unless specified. Commercial use (streams, resale, monetization, merchandise) requires extra fees, typically double the price. Use for AI, NFTs, or blockchain is prohibited.
• General Rights: No third party may use or repost the Work without Artist’s permission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I, the artist, retain the copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of my own works and may use the artworks for portfolio, promotion, and display.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellation must be made within 2 days' notice.
